Adrian Bond is the Practice Manager and Compliance Officer of Bond Solicitors and, in this capacity, works on strategic business issues, including Practice Development and the further development of our client focussed technology. The latter covers a wide area, including our increasing On-Line Services and, as Legal Administrator, taking the lead role in IT initiatives to ensure we meet our clients requirements as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible.
Adrian has in the past audited firms of solicitors and produced reports on the compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Adrian brings a wealth of business experience to these roles. He specialised as a “Company Doctor”, moving into troubled companies as Finance Director or Managing Director. He specialised in this area for over 15 years.
Adrian has been Practice Manager of Bond Solicitors since its inception in 2005.
